iRulesLX not licensed?

Hi,

 

On a VE running 14.1 I cannot provision iRulesLX. It's not licensed according to the output in the GUI. I have re-activated the license and that did not change anything. Any idea how to solve this?

    The issue was that the LX license is NOT AVAILABLE if you purchased your BIGIP before the LX module was released. This particular BIGIP was purchased in 2013, LX was added around 2015.

    The issue was that the LX license is NOT AVAILABLE if you purchased your BIGIP before the LX module was released. This particular BIGIP was purchased in 2013, LX was added around 2015.

    Then, most likely, the issue is in an older version of the license. Such an issue can not be resolved in this forum. Please consider contacting F5 sales or Support.
