Basic CPU/Memory/execute cycle consumption you can view via irule command. Some of the old thred is here

tmsh show ltm rule irule_name
However you wanted to decode entire memory cycle then its not possible by end user prospective but still you can decode tmm, swap memory, etc. Hope above thred can help you.
