iRule Trigger via event or SNMP

Hi I'm using an irule to route traffic directly to AWS when my Throughput is over 900MB for now i'm monitoring the Throughput via SNMP and manual apply the irule

 

is there any way to make this automatic posses? is there any way to trigger an irule by event?, if so is there any event for my goal?
