CirrusiRule to send syslog messages to a remote server over TCP instead of UDP?
Hi all!
Do you konw if it is possilbe to send syslog messages from an iRule to a remote syslog server over TCP instead of UDP protocol? The goal is to be able to send longer/larger syslog messages.

You don´t need an irule to send Syslog over the TCP Protocol, you can use Remote High-Speed Logging,

We need iRules to log some additional stuff, such as client certificates for debugging, etc. So from the top of my head I am not 100% sure, that we can direct logs from na iRule to local0. and (then) send it to a remote HSL destination. However, I think we could use HSL from an iRule, if I remember correctly.
