irule to rewrite SOAPAction

Hi,

 

I have situation where i need to place an irule to add a value (could be anything and m placing "1") to SOAPAction : "" when client hits the VS.

 

can someone help me with it. :)

    Create a new http profile, if you haven't already got a customised one; in "Request Header Insert" put "SOAPAction: 1", save the profile and apply it to your virtual server.

     

    You can use an irule, but F5 prefers the use of profiles for such things.
