irule to restrict outbound access from a server

I am new to f5 ltm. I need to restrict outbound traffic from 2 servers to certain IPS and ports on the internet

 

 

How can I create a irule within virtual server?

 

 

 

Ex: If My server are 1.1.1.1 and 2.2.2.2 . I want the servers to go outbound to 4.4.4.4 port 555 and 5.5.5.5 port 666 and 6.6.6.6 port 777 . How do I create a Irule and apply it ?
