    You should be using data classes for this task. Something similar to..

    when HTTP_REQUEST {
  if {[class match [HTTP::uri] equals myclass]} {
     HTTP::redirect [class match -value [HTTP::uri] equals myclass]
  }
}

    Then define a string data class with your redirect requirements.
