Hi All,
Is there any irule or monitor to disable pool member, if the application returns back to the client with specific string or http response code.
string could be " unable to connect with the specified application "
or http response code 404.

Yep, this sounds like a normal monitor to me. Create your send string correctly - see https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/2000/100/sol2167.html for details - and then enter your string or your HTTP response code in the Receive String section.
