NimbostratusiRule not working [redirect to different pool]
Hi,
I have VIP in which I have used iRule which redirect one URL to different pool except default. But when I hit URL default pool is being called . Please suggest what is wrong with iRule ?

of course if you would like. :-) - Sam153_178384Ok .. Tell me one thing asterisk part is mandatory for this iRule ? e.g "test.com*" means "test.com" was not enough to do what I am looking for ?

- nitassi understand Brad wants to try in case hostname contains port number e.g. test.com:80

- nitassit is just how you want to match string (i.e. hostname). if you are sure no port is included in hostname, asterisk is not needed.
- Sam153_178384Ok thanks that's what I am trying to confirm :) We are not using port while accessing URL in browser but as I mentioned we do have 2 VIP one for HTTP(80) and other one for HTTPS (443). All traffic is routed from http to https.
