iRule for SP initated connexion (SAML)

Hello devcentral

Is it possible to launch an sp initiated connexion when a user access a specific URI from an iRule?

My goal is to request Microsoft MFA when a user hit the uri http://mysite.com/private

I have looked in the APM per request policy which has the option to do what I need….but this is only available at version 15.
