It does now, technically. Admittedly it still shows up as red/unsupported, but it does indeed work.

 

You can actually change that behavior by editing the config. Tools - Config - Edit Config.

 

Move "proc" from the "tcl-notsupported" class to the "tcl" class. It appears to be alphabetical, so put it between "Platform-specific" and "puts". Then close and re-open the iRule editor.
