IPv6 at 10.1, 11.1, 11.newer

I'm looking for pointers to significant IPv6 improvements in recent F5 Big-IP LTM code versions.

 

We are currently on 10.1. 11.1 appears to be the last supported version for our 6800 models. Improvements in IPv6 in 11.newer could support a case for upgrading the 6800s to something newer.

 

Thanks for any insight... all I could find so far was a bit about a recent version supporting an IPv6 management interface, which isn't going to wow my bosses... :-) We are not currently running any IPv6 in production on our 10.1 systems; we have demoed IPv6 for one web site on a lab virtual LTE, running code 11.something.

    v11.1 adds lots of improvements and support for most modules over and above LTM: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/releasenotes/product/relnote-ltm-11-1-0.html and adds NDP support.

     

     

    v11.2 allows for IPv6 on the management interface: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/12000/600/sol12648.html.
