Intermittent connectivity to management IP address on vCMP host but not guest on Viprion Chassis

I am having connectivity issues to my vCMP host management IP address I but the guest management IP address is OK.   The funny thing is that I connect to the guest via the same physical management...

The support case is probably the way to go here, but any chance there are duplicate IPs somewhere?
