Hi Zakir,
it's difficult to say without know the platform and the BIG-IP version. Did you recently make changes to the trunk configuration or update the a newer BIG-IP version?
I'd suggest:
* Are ports working if you use them without being part of a trunk?
* Check for know bugs with your platform and BIG-IP version.
* Reboot and run End-User Diagnostic
* Open a case (if this is prod environment, you anyhow want professional help and not rely on community support.)
