Inter-site HA using iSessiosn and WOM

Hi,

 

 

I'm trying to propose different scenarios for service redundancy between two datacenters. Besides the two obvious solutions, that is using GTM modules or having and extended vlan between an LTM cluster distributed over the two datacenters, has anybody implemented this configuration:

 

 

- two LTM clusters, one on each datacenter.

 

-iSessions and the Wan Optimization Module (v10 features) activated on each cluster

 

- when the a local virtual server is down, trafic is routed to its peer endpoint on the remote cluster through a tunnel

 

 

Besides, do you know 1) if the virtual servers on datacenter A can be monitored by the LTM cluster on datacenter B and the other way round 2) if this monitoring trafic is conveyed through teh tunnel?
