inconsisten output CPU usage

hi,

 

 

I have a big-ip load balancer and am a bit confused by the output of the commands and the GUI. The gui, and the bigtop command show 0 cpu uage for the tm processor but the top command shows 100% and ps adds all cpu elapsed time to the tmm process. So, GUI says no activity, top and ps say 100% CPU usages all consumed by the tmm process.
