Inbound/Outbound bandwidth usage on interface exceeded the threshold

Hi i am receiving the alarm "Outbound bandwidth usage on interface exceeded the threshold" i.e; 100% on HAVLAN Of F5 LTM Devices.Is it Normal or critical?How to resolve this issue?

    Hello Saud,

    I guess you are using VE BIG IP because usually this alarm occurs when your system has exceed the max allowed throughput rate subscribed in your license.

    To display this rate using advanced shell command line, type the following command:

    grep "perf_VE_throughput_Mbps" /config/bigip.license

    It is a critical alarm, because when the threshold is reached, the system will start dropping connections...

    You can use following command to list the number of ingress/egress packets that have been dropped by each TMM :

    tmctl -d blade tmm/if_shaper

    If that was the issue then you will need to upgrade your license...
