IM tool failing on ISO image
Hello,
On a Big IP LTM 1500 with 9.4.2, I'm having an error when running the im tool on the ISO image. Any ideas on why this is failing?

Let's hope that is your lab device and not a production unit. Version 9 and 10 are dead for a long time ago. There is no support for that, neither is available for download in .
"Any ideas on why this is failing?" Multiple things...
First 1500 does support 10.2.4, so is a good start.

Next, you need to use image to disk:

You will have a lot of problems, disk to volumes, partitions size. Unless you want to keep v9 with v10, just do a clean install using a USB pen drive.
