ie 11 issues via F5 LTM VIP

Hi, I have an issues where a page returned via an F5 LTM VIP appears to be forcing the browser (ie11) to be a default version level of 7. This means the page we are using is not rendering correctly.

 

If we hit the server directly the correct emulation version is used.

 

If we use the developer (emulation) tools in ie 11 then we can get the page to render correctly via the F5.

 

We are on version 11.6.0 HF4

 

Anyone got any idea's ??

    Actually I found the problem.. it was group policy on the Browser enforcing compatibility mode for IE one the URL with the FQDN we ere testing (but not direct on IP ) . nothing to do with the LTM.
