Idle timeout issue

Application is hosted on LTM. Idle timeout setting is kept default(5 min).   Windows users are having issues. Connection is getting timeout after 5 min. But Linux servers don't have this issue. I...

You can take capture on bigip...

 

The bigip behavior may be the same, but the Linux client may send keep alive packets.

 

Without packet capture, no one can say what happens... even more with so little information on protocol, client application, server application, network design, ...
