Idle-Timeout doesn't work
Dear community, I need to setup a specific Idle-Timeout for my VS, so I created a new TCP profile as per attached picture and setup the idle timeout as 1800 seconds (I tried also with "Indefinite" value):
Then I associated this profile the the VS:
The problem is that F5 still disconnect clients after 5 minutes/300 seconds.
F5 is on 16.1.3.3 software version.
Did I missed something else? The related KB doesn't specify anything else for idle-timeout
Thank you
Lucas

DAMN! F5 works as expected it was another timeout in the network :)
Sorry for wasting forum space!
if there is tcp fin, that means client or/and server want to close the tcp session, so no more keepalive.

Hi, thank you for reply, the timeout was located in other network device. F5 timeout works as expected.
