iControl zip file download no worky
The 11.3 c binary distro download results in a 58 byte file.
I realize there's been a bit of changes going on, but can someone check this out?
A few files didn't make it to the new servers. I'm migrating the content right now. I'll post here when the files are back again. Sorry for the mixup.
