IControl Ruby library to version 11

Hi , I am trying to upgrade my Icontrol Ruby library to version 11 i found this post https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/icontrol-ruby-library-updated-to-v11001 that has a broken download link. Can you please point me to the right link so I can leverage the new feature in my application?
