NimbostratusiControl REST API config sync for operator user
I'm sure this answer is someplace already on DevCentral, but my searchfoo is weak today.
I'm running LTM on bigip 12.1.2. We use TACACS for remote authentication.
I have a remote user that has API access and is assigned the "Operator" role.
We need the user to be able to config syncs after enabling/disabling pool members and don't want to enable auto-sync (just haven't had time to dig into what the impact of that would be).
Is there a way to add config-sync permissions to our single operator user? If so, how?

You can't customize the user roles, just say what partition it applies.
I personally hate the automatic sync, however, if you don't want to change the user role, that looks to be a simple option for you. Just dont forget to enable the save option when using automatic sync. Anyway, that has no impact to the devices itself.
I don't like that because I lose the easy option to rollback syncing from standby to active.
