NimbostratusiControl-10.2.0.tar.gz does not work.
Downloaded, unzip'ed and untar'ed it; opened the index.htm file with Firefox, and the javascripts did not work.
Did anybody else notice it as well?

If I remember correctly, the content only loaded for me with IE.
