- mikeshimkus_111Historic F5 AccountHi Eriks T, can you please provide more information? When you say you are not getting a response when you go to http://mail.domain.com, do you mean that you are trying to access OWA and you are getting a blank screen? Does it work when you go to https://mail.domain.com or https://mail.domain.com/owa? Have you captured the client-side traffic, using an app like Fiddler, to see the BIG-IP response to the browser?
What do you mean by "Autodiscover is not working"? Is the Autodiscover monitor up and are the pool members healthy? Are you seeing errors in the Outlook client?
thanks

Hi mikeshimkus, thanks for your fast response
Yes when clients try to access OWA via HTTP they are getting a blank screen, if the use HTTPS it works. No i haven't captured any client-side traffic yet but i will.
Regarding the autodiscover issue, mobile client can't have access. Microsoft support staff told us that the issue is generated because the F5 is redirecting the autodiscover.domain.com to HTTPS and it should be http

- mikeshimkus_111Historic F5 AccountOK. When you deployed the iApp, you chose the option to redirect HTTP to HTTPS, yet for OWA requests it is not redirecting clients. Did you modify the redirect iRule per page 37 of the deployment guide: http://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/microsoft-exchange2010-iapp-dg.pdf
Is Autodiscover working for non-mobile clients, Outlook Anywhere for example? The Autodiscover service should always be using HTTPS on the client-side: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124251%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx
If you don't have an F5 support case open, I recommend creating one. You can post the case number here so we can track it.
