NoctilucentYou can use one of NIST's NTP servers:
http://tf.nist.gov/tf-cgi/servers.cgi
As for the tcpdump output, it should display on your screen unless you specified the -w modifier and then it would save to whatever file you specified. You'll need to download and view it in Wireshark.
