I lost access on the LTM device

Hi guys, I was upgrading F5 LTM device after changing boot location i lost access on it by ssh, console and even LCD which gives me message "F5 Networks Incorporate". Please note that status led is flashing amber.

 

so what do you think the problem and how could i solve it?

    Last time I saw that I had to RMA the entire device. Turned out to be something with system board.

    is nothing shown on console? have you tried esc shift 9?

    thnx guys, as u said it's RMA but till now i don't know the root of the issue i just was upgrading it.
