I lost access on the LTM device

Hi guys, I was upgrading F5 LTM device after changing boot location i lost access on it by ssh, console and even LCD which gives me message "F5 Networks Incorporate". Please note that status led is ...

thnx guys, as u said it's RMA but till now i don't know the root of the issue i just was upgrading it.
