Hello there,
The issue I am having is that I get signed out of OWA whenever I click on any hyperlink ( only when using ie browser, it opens into a new window with the OWA login page. It works fine us...

CirrostratusAre you using IE8+? If you are, it is very likely that opening a new tab/windows spawns a new process and has broken the load-balancing persistence.
You can test by reducing the pool to a single member to see if persistence is breaking this.
