Hyperlinks from word to url behind vs not opennig

Hi!

 

I have a web site based on sharepoint. when i try to open the web site from hyperlink in ms word 2016 i get this error messege from word:

 

unable to open https://test.com/ cannot download the information you requested.

 

i have disabled asm. i have tried to remove irules. i have only ltm+asm on this vs. not helped.

 

when i bypass f5 vs by host file it works.

 

bigip ver 12.1.2

 

any suggestions?

    In cases like this I like to use fiddler (http://www.telerik.com/fiddler) to see what is actually going wrong. Make sure you enable 'HTTPS decryption' within fiddler (Tools > Telerik Fiddler Options > HTTPS > Decrypt HTTPS traffic).

     

    What I've seen from Office and Sharepoint is that it Office is trying to reuse the cookies from IE to get access to sharepoint. When using a non-IE browser, Office can't reuse cookies and sharepoint will return a 401 (authentication required). When this happens Office should display a login window.

    Hi All!

     

    it was fixed. the problem was the dos profile. i have disabled ms-office bot signatures in the bot signatures list. attached print screen.
