can we create VIP to work on HTTPs protocol without using any SSL client nor SSL server profiles, and attach HTTP profile only to it.
or we must use SSL client profile to decrypt trafficwhen we attach HTTP profile, to enable F5 to inspect traffic.

Hello Mostafa,
If you are using HTTPs Protocol you need SSL profiles/HTTP profile unless you are doing SSL Pass-Through.
