According to our topology I have a VS for which listens on 443 and I have two web servers in the pool which listens on 80.
I am able to reach https://www.xyz.com but not to http://www.xyz.com
Now I am going to make a new VS for and in this VS I will put HTTPS redirect irule.
Is there any other solution apart from this? which works with only one VS?

Creating a VS to redirect http to https is the most common and the best way to answer your requirement, it is also the official F5 way as per this KB -although not with the irule since it can also be done with a traffic policy.
If you want to do it with one VS, it is possible but it's not the easiest nor the most advantageous way.
