https caching
F5 does cache but it is minimal and largely for often used elements like text/images. Videos could be a different beast. Also, note that the cache space is usually half of the memory available. This could have changed with different code versions. So, you would have to identify how much data needs to be stored as cache and figure out if the F5 platform you utilize can support it - that would be the first step. Make sure you have the right license for caching too.
This isn't going to be an easy answer. If you have an F5 Solution Engineer, I would recommend working with him/her on your requirements.
