httpd not responding

Hi,     I was trying to access logs through my https GUI, it was logging in the logs for a while.   I didn't get an answer and my my LTM in not responding to any HTTP requests any more...

bigstart restart httpd shouldn't impact user traffic, though that's not authoritative.
