how to fix HTTP protocol compliance failed ( Bad multipart parameters parsing , Unparsable request content ) in ASM ?

You could just disable in the Security Policy, it's in Policy Building: Learning and Blocking Settings > HTTP Protocol Compliance failed.
However, you should figure out why these violations occur. If you disabled, you may open a security hole.
Maybe you should check with the application owners why those occur.
