How to unset a transaction ID and get a fresh transaction ID - iControl REST

Created a Transaction ID. https://172.29.160.252/mgmt/tm/transaction

Did some operation with that transcationID received and then COMMITED the transaction with PATCH.

Now When I try to start another transaction, I get the following message.

Waiting for a while I can successfully do another transaction.

How can I unset the previous created transactionID after it's operation has been completed.
