how to tear down all connections to a pool member

When issuing the command

tmsh modify ltm pool members modify { { session user-disabled state user-down } }

the pool member gets no new connections but keeps the current ones.

How can I put the member into a state when it tears down even ongoing connections (e.g. by TCP RST)?

    LTM keeps current keep alive and persisted sessions. You can force fully disable via configurations utility and or by using tmsh.

    tmsh modify ltm pool http-pool members modify { 10.10.10.211:http { state user-down } }
