Nimbostratushow to tear down all connections to a pool member
When issuing the command
tmsh modify ltm pool members modify { { session user-disabled state user-down } }
the pool member gets no new connections but keeps the current ones.

Cirrostratusyes if you do "force offline" that will stop all connections i.e new one and on going. I also faced slimier issue and force offline did server the purpose.
