How to store session record?
Currently I have deployed 2 F5 LTM Siebel application. Franchises will access the application. Franchises will use SSL VPN which will be offloaded in a firewall before F5. My question is which persistence would be best in this case? if cookie then which one which one cookie insert or cookie hash. The main question is how can i store the record of users that which user ip has been load balanced to what node? In case i want store this data for long time.

If traffic coming to the F5 is truly HTTP, then cookie insert is by far the most robust and reliable persistence method. As for recording users, that can be accomplished in a few ways. Probably the easiest is a request logging profile applied to the VIP. Here's some information on configuring the request logging profile.
Otherwise, you could do the same thing in an iRule:
when CLIENT_ACCEPTED { log local0. "New connection from [IP::client_addr]" }which would show up in the /var/log/ltm syslog file.
