how to setup this topology using vmware on f5

 

i have created a custom VMNET interface for 1.1 for external and also for interface 1.2 internal

 

my servers are able to reach F5 , but F5 is not able to reach servers i have already created internal & external Vlan on F5 . how to resolve this .

    Assuming the servers are Virtual instances aswell ?

     

    When you say they're not able to reach the servers, have you got any evidence ? (Syn Timeouts etc)

     

    I would recommend personally adding a SNAT address on the F5 in the 172.16.X.X Range, as if the response coming back from the server is destined for the original client - It might not be flowing back the correct route.
