You don't give a lot of info, but it's likely controlled by the timeout value in the tcp profile on the vip.

So at this time i'm using my Pair of BIG-IP to load balance my RDP connections. The problem I'm having is that user will sit idle on the RDP session for over an hour. I want to be able to set the big-ip to Kill the rdp connection if they sit idle for 20 minutes. Its just 3389 traffic. I did change the time out value in the profile section, but it did not work.
