How to redirect with Port to HTTPS

when HTTP_REQUEST {
  if {[HTTP::host] equals "yahoo.com:8013"}{
    HTTP::respond 302 location "https://yahoo.com"
    event disable
    TCP::close
  }
}

It seems like you can also use the "_sys_https_redirect" iRule which is provided by the system.
