Recently i heard news that site can be effected by a Cryptojacking malware.
Can anyone tell me if F5 protect is type of malware? If yes is it activated automatically ? if not activated automatically then how it can be done in F5 big-IP.

Patch often, patch always. Check for XSS vulnerabilities in your site. If ASM is provisioned, check with F5 support or have parameter protection enabled (do with care as it requires a good understanding of the application). Validating of inputs is always a good idea. Check in the SIEM tools or IDS for monero miners.
