How to limite the bandwith of every client ip or every session?

Hi,all:   Please help me !   In my project,I used a BIGIP LC to load balance two links of ISP.and now ,the Network administrator of customer want to limite every client's traffic to access...

For this you should be able to use the standard rate limiting functions found in your BIG-IP's GUI or CLI. For further information regarding these functions I'd recommend checking out askf5.com, or speaking with Technical Support.
