How to know value in Bigip cookies?

 

This is some cookies from BigIP.

 

In red box, Is value mean?. How can i decode it?

    That appears to be an encrypted cookie value. You'd need to decrypt it first to be able to decode pool member information. More information on cookie encryption is available in K23254150.
