How to get APM active session count by irule?

How to get APM active session count by irule ?   I tried to write irule to query that, but failed.   Please, help ......

I have the same question. What I want to do is when the active sessions reached 70% of the limit, I can redirect users of some less important APM porfiles/VS to DR site APM. So that more people can access the most important VS. Is it possible?
