  • Not exactly sure what you're asking, but an internal data group's data is stored directly within the config, while an external data group file will be located within the file structure of a given admin partition. Both are essentially accessible the same way from iRules

    This is something that would be far more easily accomplished via tmsh or iCall (depending on what version you're on) than iRules. There have been REST based interfaces for data groups built within iRules before, but that's a more...advanced route and likely not something you'd put into production without some serious testing.

  • I also want to extract the content of the Data Group Lists, is this possible from the CLI in version 11.4.1? i have white listed IPs in these groups and want to apply them to the ASM as ignore. as you can imagine doing this one by one is time consuming via the GUI.
