Can you describe your DHCP server pool? what software, what versions how are they setup? are they in a cluster setup? do they keep lease info in sync between them? If you load balance at the udp packet level, how would they know what IPs were assigned to what device?
setup a VIP on the F5 with a type of "DHCP Relay", point that to a pool of DHCP servers and it should work fine.
Works really well for us.

If you have multiple DHCP servers, and not using a good product like Infoblox to manage your IP Infrastructure, you can do the following:
Create different DHCP scopes on each server. Let each server only present IPs from a certain range, that does not overlap with the other DHCP servers. That way, you can load balance across them, and not have a duplicate IP handed out.
Good luck!
