How to disable new tap open in website ( E-Banking )

Hello,

 

i have simple question , i was asked by customer to force users opening web site to open only one session or once Tap in E-Banking web site .

 

i think web scrapping in can do it but i can't solve that issue ..

 

any recommendations please .
